These promo rules are part of the ohhTCG Terms of Service. See also our privacy notice for promotions.

Promo codes

  1. One per person. Each promo code can be used once per person. Making extra accounts, using other people's phone numbers, or using burner numbers to get a code again is not allowed.

  2. No stacking. You can use one offer per order. If you use a host's or affiliate's code, it replaces the welcome code (like WELCOME10). The two never combine.

  3. Not money. Promo codes have no cash value. They are not ohhRIPZ credit, can't be traded for credit or cash, and can't be sold or given to someone else.

  4. End date. Every code has an end date, shown where you enter it. We may end a code sooner. If we do, codes already used at checkout stay used; new uses stop.

  5. If a code is misused. If we find a code was used against these rules (for example, a second account for the same person), we will do one of these:

    • If your order hasn't shipped: cancel the order and refund what you paid, or ask you to pay the discount amount to keep the order. You choose; if you don't answer in 7 days, we cancel and refund.
    • If the order has already shipped or been opened, we'll email you first, then take the discount amount from your purchased wallet balance. We won't take SWAP credit unless we find fraud. If your balance is too low, we may pause promo codes on your account until it's settled.

    Repeated misuse can lead to account action under our Acceptable Use rules.

  6. Appeals. If you think we got it wrong, email hello@ohhtcg.com within 30 days of our notice. A real person on our team will review it and reply within 10 business days. We pause any charge while your appeal is open.

  7. Host codes and ads. Some codes belong to hosts, creators, or card-show partners. Hosts may earn a commission when you use their code. Their percent off is fixed by us and capped. Hosts must clearly tell people they earn a commission (for example, "#ad" or "I earn a commission"), as the FTC requires (16 CFR Part 255). If you see a host who doesn't, tell us at hello@ohhtcg.com.

  8. Who can use codes. You must be 18 or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) and meet the eligibility rules in the ohhTCG Terms of Service.
